These days, there is an increasing trend among celebrities which is to launch their own brands, especially fashion brands. Here, I brought about the 3 brands which gained a great success after launching.
1. PEACEMINUSONE(by G-Dragon)
‘PEACEMINUSONE’ is an online-based project launched by G-dragon, a famous Korean musician and global style icon, in 2016 as a part of his new album. He designed fashion items such as t-shirts, pants and caps through which express his artistic sense and creativity. Through a social media post by GD, people got to know the brand and became famous enough even before the brand launching. Within few days, almost all items were sold out.

2. Blanc&Eclare(by Jessica Jung)
Jessica Jung, a previous member of ‘Girl’s Generation’, launched her own label in 2014 which she had prepared for a long time. Originally, ‘Blanc&Eclare’ started as an eyewear brand, but began to enlarge its product category to women’s wear, accessories and cosmetics. Currently, the brand’s products are being sold across China, HongKong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Canada and U.S.A.

3. Pony Effect(by Pony)
Pony is a make up artist who has started her career as a blogger and then opened a Youtube channel. She gained many followers and began to have a make up artist job for celebrities. Along with her increasing popularity, she launched a cosmetic brand ‘Pony Effect’ derived from her understanding in the materials and textures of cosmetics.
