After big fashion house’s revelation of their A/W collection 2018, we brought 6 trends every fashion lover needs to know. Each pattern or silhouette represents a self-contained and empowered woman look. Find out the biggest trends!

1. Animal Print

This autumn, fashion goes really wild with animal print. Zebra and leopard is back in a big way for Winter 2018 bringing about empowerment and independence. If you are a new pupil to zebra and leopard or if you feel the print is too much for you, start with a small item such as earrings, sunglasses, socks or a small clutch. I, particularly, like a leopard beret which is not too big but enough to show strong presence.

2. Checks

Checks have come in many different forms-Plaid, Prince of Wales heritage or Tartan-appearing as a key for the new season. The runway was full of different geometrical prints across all items. Start with a checkered skirt and try to double up-match top and bottom as a complete set.

3. Gloss

High-shine and glossy fabrics, whether vinyl, latex, plastic or leather, were seen during the entire show. You can begin with a small item such as gloves or heels. Then, start pairing with other materials such as knit sweatshirt or tweed jacket.

4. Leather

Leather is the most dominant fabric among other fabrics presented this season. It has came by different forms and colours. Pairing sweatshirt with a leather skirt or a trouser is one ideal way, and wearing a leather trench coat or two-piece will be another brilliant option.

5. Modesty Dressing

Modest wear has unexpectedly became one fashion trend in 2018 by covering up female sexuality and silhouette. From a long sleeve gown to extreme layers, bodies were covered up with long hemlines and high necklines.

6. Oversize

Oversize is continuously in trends from the previous season. Extreme layers of clothes can give an oversized silhouette, or you can try enormous outers emphasize big shoulders.
