17th October 2018- I just visited CHANEL Le Rouge pop-up with my classmates, and here is a glamorous look of the amazing space!
The space looked like a small version of a factory, and was decorated with two major colours: red and white. Red usually means passion, beauty and love. For Chanel, red represents the life of Coco Chanel, and their signature red lipsticks also represent courage and passion.
Right after going into the entrance, I could see the first showroom called “Red Factory”. There is a red transparent booth in the middle with an infinite array of N°5 perfume bottles on the top. In the booth, there are five white cylinder-like installations with a clear Chanel logo on top.
On the left side of the first showroom, there was a long array of lipsticks displayed along the walls. You can try all the lipsticks even some limited editions. Behind the showroom, there were a number of perfume bottles in an enormous cup board.
Other than all the gorgeous cosmetics, there was a photobooth covered entirely with red. The booth was made in a perfume bottle shape, and it has a big perfume bottle inside where white neon lights coming out. It is a very good spot to take a photo!
Moving on to the second showroom, I could see “The Red Bar”, the chicest bar ever. A bar, packed with numerous perfume bottles, is a perfect place to chill out with a glass of cocktail in the afternoon. The pop-up store will be open by 21st October.
